CBD seems to be everywhere, and not without reason. The herbal alternative has been graced by the public solely because of the health benefits it makes available to its users. The CBD benefits lists are quite many at this point – pain relief for arthritis patients to help you clear acne and pimples on your skin.

But even with the multitude of information on the famed drug, people are still confused when they do not find the drug working for them.  We will be having a look at the few things that you need to know about your CBD, to keep you up to speed. Read on to know.

  • Not All CBD Products Are The Same

Just because CBD is written in bold across the labeling doesn’t mean that they are ditto. CBD extracts vary in three broad categories, which are full spectrum, broad-spectrum, and isolate CBD.

Full Spectrum CBD– it is the extract that contains all the cannabinoids and not just CBD, which you will find in hemp or cannabis plant. These have a THC in the 0.3% range. These provide more well-rounded effects due to the presence of other cannabinoids in the form of the entourage effect.

Broad Spectrum– These include all the cannabinoids minus the THC. This is perfect for those states that do not allow THC in their CBD products. It offers the benefit of other cannabinoids as well.

Pure CBD Or CBD Isolate- These include CBD and nothing else. The extract is more potent in CBD than any other form but lacks the benefits of the entourage effect.

  • CBD Works Differently For You And Your Friend

CBD interaction and effects are different for different people. A few of the factors apart from the body fat percentage, age, gender, and fitness level include:

Genes– if your body has a tendency to produce more natural cannabinoids like anandamide then you will be less affected by CBD and THC.

CBD Strains– Different strains of CBD have different percentages of THC in them. It is seen that sometimes THC cancels out the effects of CBD, and produces negative effects of psychosis. Strains that contain more CBD will be more therapeutic.
